How does it work?
Book your locker online. Your locker number and access code are shown immediately after purchase and also sent by email & SMS. Access your locker anytime during opening hours.
What can I store?
Valuables, a bag, extra clothing, and other personal items that fit inside the locker.
Is my locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal access code, and the locker area is monitored regularly.
Can I access my locker multiple times?
Yes, as often as you like during the rental period at no extra cost.
What if I forget my access code?
Your code is shown right after purchase and also sent by email and SMS. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder. On-site staff can also assist you.
Do I need to empty the locker when I'm done?
Yes. Please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked at the end of your rental period.
What happens if I leave items in my locker?
Volt is not responsible for items left inside the locker. Please remember to take your belongings with you. Any items left after your rental period may be handed over to the venue's Lost & Found.
Can I get a refund if I don't use my locker?
No. Once booked, the rental period cannot be refunded if not used.
Who is responsible for my belongings?
Use of the locker is at your own risk. Neither Volt nor the venue is responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse of the locker.
